AgriPlex Barn & Arena

Puyallup, WA

JMJ TEAM worked closely with the Washington State Fair and architect—TCF Architecture—to provide civil engineering, land use planning and construction administrative services on this new barn, arena, milking parlor, and adjacent parking lot. The civil design included site grading, water, sewer and storm design, and hardscape. Planning elements included SEPA environmental review, city permitting and coordination for city right-of-way vacation and utility easements. JMJ TEAM also provided construction administrative services included RFI’s, product submittals, punch list and site inspections. The project was successfully completed in advance of the fall 2016 fair season.
