Tract C Park

JMJ TEAM provided civil design and facilitation for this 37,000 SF park in the Spring District. JMJ TEAM collaborated with the landscape architect and design team to develop a water feature, tree plantings, as well as active and passive spaces with the reuse of on-site materials. JMJ TEAM lead the project through environmental permitting; provided utilities and stormwater design, including the use of bioretention cells for stormwater treatment; and coordinated with city review staff for permit approvals. JMJ TEAM also provided construction administration services, including product submittals, RFI’s and as-built drawings.
