Small to Tall Dental Office

JMJ TEAM provided the civil engineering and facilitation for this new dental office in Olympia, Washington. The civil engineering included grading design, utilities, and frontage improvements. JMJ TEAM worked with the architect—MSGS Architects—to provide a stormwater approach that worked with the architects site design. JMJ TEAM provided construction support, facilitated easements, and coordinated with the city on a stormwater maintenance agreement for the site
